BauHaus accommodations require a 31-night minimum stay.

All reservations must be completed through our secure online booking system.

A valid credit card is required for all bookings, payments, and security deposits.

2. Payments & Pricing

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes, fees, and required cleaning services.

Additional services (extra cleanings, pet fees, late checkout, etc.) may be purchased through the guest dashboard.

All charges must be paid in full prior to check-in.

3. Security Deposit

A temporary hold may be placed on the guest’s credit card during the stay.

The hold is released after checkout if no damages or violations are identified.

4. Use of Website
